Typically the renovation work will include

  • Installation of new “Cirko” heating system with new chimney flue
  • New radiators
  • New electrical wiring
  • New switches & sockets in each room

  • New tiles in bathroom floor & wall

  • New kitchen splash- back tile
  • Supply & fit of new kitchen units & kitchen sink
  • New toilet, bath & sink
  • Plaster & Paint all walls in apartment
  • Sand, fill prime & paint window frame and doors
  • Sanding & varnishing parquet flooring
  • Fit new skirting board throughout
  • Telephone line, TV cable & entrance bell
  • Public utilities water, gas and sewage & electricity connected tomains services.
  • All above works shall be carried out in accordance with the renovation floor plan.
